| The Horstman House will be a 3475 square foot private home which will utilize many energy efficient and “green” building techniques that have been requested by the homeowners who were able to view some of these options at the Bannister House during its 2007 open house tours. These homeowners have a true appreciation for high-performance “green” building and will be very involved in the construction of their new home.
